A blank page may be intimidating to some, but for Errol it’s like the way an artist looks at a blank canvas. She loves words and the impact they can have. That’s why writing is Errol’s greatest talent and we’re thrilled to have her on our Addwomxn team as a strong writer. 

Errol is passionate about using her creative talents to make a meaningful impact by collaborating with companies that value multiculturalism and social responsibility. 

Errol gives back to her community by offering her services to small Black businesses, whether it’s helping out with a bit of copywriting or working with a business to streamline their brand messaging. She believes every Black business should have a brand guide that they feel truly represents them.

Errol has her Bachelor’s Degree from Macalester College and earned a double major in Japanese Language and International Studies. She also earned her Japanese Language Proficiency Test N2 certification while in college. 

Speaking of, did you know Errol is tri-lingual? To make sure her Japanese and Spanish language skills stay strong, she does language exchanges with friends from around the world. 

She has been to Japan twice but would love to do more travel blogging and encourage little BIPOC kids everywhere to learn languages. 

In her free time, Errol loves listening to and creating music. She recently took up playing piano again and she loves working on her vocals when she’s not busy spoiling her adorable 4-year-old son.
