“Radical self-love demands that we see ourselves and others in the fullness of our complexities and intersections and that we work to create space for those intersections.”

Jen Gilhoi

Perhaps the best idea Jen ever had was to start a blog in 2010. It gave her the freedom to create without expectations. To nurture an open mind, to explore new thoughts, and to embrace new ideas. She loves to read and write and keep a photojournal. So of course, she admires Disney’s Elastigirl, who shifts and transforms in pursuit of justice.

Speaking of justice, as Jen fulfills her position as an AddWomxn founding board member, she focuses on amplifying new voices and creating safe spaces — all through the intentional lens of equity. Jen also owns Sparktrack Consulting where she helps clients create content worth talking about and track outcomes for improvement.

Jen imagines being a digital nomad, practicing her Italian, and inspiring womxn around the world to achieve self-love. She dreams of having the supernatural ability to fly because it would be so freeing. Her favorite word is resilience. And her favorite sound is her own inner voice, when it rises up to tell her that what she intuitively knows is actually true.
