Stine (pronounced “Tina” with an “s”) is passionate about designing meaningful experiences. She strives to understand people, uncover barriers, enablers, and motivations. Simply put, she loves to solve problems. Her least favorite word? Impossible.
As an unwavering advocate for end-users, she uses a human-centered design approach in her work, ensuring consistent, engaging, rewarding, and effective user experiences. Stine strives to improve and develop design solutions through ethnography, qualitative and quantitative research, data analysis, usability testing, and prototyping.
Stine adores spending time with friends and family. She loves to travel and experience new cultures, different ways of living, and getting to know people with diverse backgrounds. She is always active and exploring, going hiking, camping, paddleboarding, kayaking, boating, sailing, etc. Her newest love? Yoga.
Stine received her Bachelor’s Degree in Design & Economics and her Master’s Degree in IT & Design Specialized in UX Research & Design from the University of Southern Denmark. She interned at San Jose State University Department of Design as part of her Bachelor’s degree.
Stine deeply believes in giving back to her community. She loves volunteering as a youth coach for children and can be found volunteering at a local community action network to help families in need during the holiday season.
Stine moved from Denmark in 2021 to start a life with her husband in Minnesota.
In her own words, “I am incredibly honored and excited to work with such inspiring and talented women at Addwomxn. I love diversity as a core value to enhance creativity and deliver the best designs.”
